Small, powerful, microprocessor based totalizers powered by AAA batteries have large four-digit displays and mount at the nozzle for ultimate convenience. They are suited for flow ranges from 3 to 30 GPM. Nylon® models, rated to 150 PSIG, are factory calibrated for water. Aluminum models, rated to 300 PSIG are factory calibrated for fuels. Accuracy is ¡Ó5%. All mount with 1 inch female NPT fittings.

These metering systems offer durable, compact, high precision fluid measurement at a fraction of the price of comparable systems. These housings are offered in Stainless Steel and PVDF for chemical applications, Brass and PVC for water applications. All have internal parts that are easily replaced. When paired with the microprocessor-based computers, information is clearly displayed on a large 6-digit display with an impressive 10:1 turndown ratio. The small, compact electronics package provides local indicators with signal output capabilities. Features can include automatic on and off, manual on, multiple totalizers, multiple-point calibration curves, signal output, rate of flow, total flow, or a combination of both. All features are easily accessed with two buttons. The six-digit, LCD display has a two-point floating decimal for totals from 0.01 to 999,999. Both factory and user calibration are available. Operating temperature range is +14¢X to +140¢XF. Optional remote mounting kit allows for greater fluid temperatures. All meters, except PVC versions, are FM approved as Intrinsically Safe Class I, Div I, all Groups.

Self contained mass flow controllers are designed to read flow rates of gases. The rugged design coupled with instrumentation grade accuracy provides versatile and economical means of flow control.These Mass Flow Controllers combine an advanced straight sensor tube with a restrictor flow element to provide high accuracy and repeatability. Gas flow rates are unaffected by temperature and pressure variations within limitations.The built in valve allows the flow to be set to any desired flow rate within the range of the particular model. The valve is normally closed as a safety feature to ensure that gas flow is shut off in case of a power outage. Set points are controlled either locally or remotely. These Mass Flow Controllers include a detachable 31/2"-digit LCD that can be tilted up to 90¢X for easy reading. Optional totalizer to display total accumulated flow. Flowmeters come with a certificate of calibration traceable to NIST standards.
