Harsh Environment Strain Gauge 高溫式應變計
| All Harsh Environment Strain Gages feature either a Platinum-Tungsten (PtW) or a Nickel-Chrome (NiCr) filament sensing element encapsulated in a 321 Stainless Steel shell. The one process fabrication of the shell makes the gage less sensitive to the apparent strain due to the non-homogenitiy of the different materials forming the various parts. A unique filament insulating process which enchances the insulation resistance to ground (IR) has been implemented in the manufacturing of the gage. The gages contain no organic material. Extensive testing, calibration, and compensation of all gages are done in the plant by highly trained technicians using state of the art equiptment. Each gage is supplied with a data sheet that supports the installation and use of the gage. |
